Field Trip in a celebration of CIELO Launching

Field Trip in a celebration of CIELO Launching

From April 25th to April 26th, the Mill Tour ‘Trip with paper’ was held for two days. It was an event organized by a sales team in commemoration of the launch of CIELO. This event, which was attended by more than 50 print industry, was a meaningful place to observe the production process of paper on the Onsan factory in Korea and to see the ideology that Hankuk paper pursues.

On April 25th Seoul Station, where the blue sky and the warm sunshine were welcoming, gathered a lot of representatives and practitioners of publishing, printing, and agency. This event was held to commemorate the launch of CIELO, a high-bulk rough Gloss paper and to provide a paper filled trip to the printing practitioners. This event was planned to take a tour of Hankuk Paper’s Onsan Factory and look at the ARTE and CIELO production process, and enable the print practitioners to personally feel the love and passion Hankuk Paper has for its paper along with the ideals that Hankuk Paper peruses. This was an opportunity to check the process of how the paper is born with their own eyes and hands. Taking a tour of Onsan Factory’s major process facilities, visitors were able to confirm the enormous size, grandeur and clean environment, and were also able to confirm the enthusiasm and pride of Hankuk paper workers.

In addition, it was indeed beneficial to look at the various pulp, miilk product lines, various photo books and books made with ARTE, and to solve the questions about paper. In addition, we were able to see past memories and hopes of the future by seeing historic sites such as Cheonmachong, Anapji, and Bulguksa in Gyeongju where history and culture are alive. It is well known that the Field trip to the Hankuk paper factory, which has been conducted for people who love paper every year, has gone beyond simple field trips. This is because it does not only introduce one-way self praises, products, and factories. The Mill Tour of Hankuk Paper is well known for its field trip like the fresh spring weather, whereby the various stories of paper and interests in paper culture comes and goes. This is because the field trip allows you to see for yourself the Hankuk Paper’s belief, advanced technology and the hardworking workers. The two days were short but with a huge impact! We hope that through the Mill Tour field trip, the visitors would love paper more and stay in their hearts and memories for a long period of time.
