Hi, my name is Wontae Lee who is a assistant manager in Sales Team. It has been 4 years coming when I first joined Hankuk Paper back in April 2013.
Introduce your current duty.
My role is to sell and collecting bill for paper information. Hankuk Paper is one and only Paper company that manufactures carbon paper, due to this I have pride compared to no one else when I perform my task in this company. I believe that is my merit. The carbon paper from Hankuk Paper is currently the lead in market not such for the sales but the sales that correspond to the value. Not only sales but bill collection on time holds most important key value to succeeding in business world. Through the 3 years experience in sales, I have learned that “Selling cheap is the easiest thing possible”. Hence, selling as much as it’s value is the key to proper sales. I hope to become an employee that protects the brand while performing sales.

What motivated you to
apply for the relevant duty?
My first goal was to start of my career path in manufacturing field. I have gone through many manufacturing companies and found Hankuk Paper. I felt that this company was on the robust economic growth. Manufacturing field require expert process in sales, production, marketing, delivering and bill collection. I believe this characteristic of the task was what I was attracted to.
Were there any special
things to prepare before being
employed for this duty?
I have majored in International Trade during my university years and studied trade practice, economics and finance. For employment, I ran hard in varies aspects such as school grades, TOEIC Certification, Varies Certification in Trading and Logistics, Employment Studies and many more. Once I was selected by Hankuk Paper, I have dig in deep to understand the industry of papers and this has became my merit even till now. Information is the best key and a tool to pursuit your career. If you are specially interested in Sales, I would like to strongly recommend building up your skill in communication.

What was the most memorable
experience in your life
at the company?
There was a bankruptcy by one of the client I was in charge of, and because of this I had to be reprimanded from the company. From this experience I have learned that the responsibility that falls on you are never small no matter which hierarchy you are in. Ever since that incident, I have placed a stronger responsibility in everything I do in a company.
What is ‘Hankuk Paper’ to you?
Hankuk Paper offered me a job, it is a very important factor for me to survive.
