Major Research Equipment

최상의 제품을 생산하는 기초연구 수행

Main/Sub raw material Analysis Equipment

High quality raw materials play a decisive role in the quality of paper. Therefore, including the Fiber Tester which could analyze the Fiber Length of the main material pulp, Coarseness and etc. there is also a Starch viscometer (Brabender) which enables to check the state of the starch changes due to the temperature, Particle Analyzer (Sedigraph) to analyze the shape, size and distribution rate of the material. Using these High-Technology equipment, we could select the best raw material suitable for the paper features. The selected main/sub material will go through the semi-auto machine (Sheet Machine), Lab. Coater(Meiyo Coater) for basic research needed for the product in order to perform the same quality on the actual production.

공정과 제품의 정확한 분석

Process simulation equipment

The stable production process not only increases the productivity but also enables the equalization of the paper production. Therefore, with the Dynamic Drainage Analyzer, Zeta Potential Meter, PCD(Particle Charge Detector) which can check the dewatering and pending status of the high speed paper machine we can simulate the very similar paper machine process. Additionally, with the High Shear Viscosity and Water Retention Valuemeter which could confirm the coating color flow characteristics from the high speed coater, it enables a stable coating from the actual production line. Tapio, the measuring equipment for process analysis checks the paper quality and confirms any abnormality of the process which enhances the process simulation research quality through checking the basis weight, thickness, whiteness, opacity, gloss and the ash profile.

Product Quality Analysis Equipment

We have a four-color Offset Printer (Heidelberg GTOV-S) for precise analysis of the printing quality and the workability of completed printing paper and a High-Speed Printer (Nuvera 120CP) which prints more than 120pages per minute in order to make all our customers to be satisfied with our product. Also, to promptly solve the product complaints and process troubles, we have SEM(Scaning Electron Microscope), EDS(Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy) which could analyze the microstructure of the paper and FT-IR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer which could analyze the structured material. Apart from the equipment above, there is also a Weather Resistance measuring equipment (Wheather-O-Meter) which could analyze the paper light, temperature and moist sensitivity to easily check aging of the paper.
