What motivated you to
apply for the relevant duty?
I have been using milk from Hankuk Paper during my schooling days and for that experience the brand was never a stranger to me. Also back then, I was already in my Forest Paper Studies which created a natural motivation to select Hankuk Paper as a starting place to improve on my research on papers. After Master Degrees, it was a sensible next step for me to inquire a position in Engineering Research Team of Hankuk Paper.
Were there any special
things to prepare before being
employed for this duty?
In order to improve on my skills I have achieved Chemical Analysis Certification. It was common for fresh graduates to head for English Language as their additional skills, however I had a opportunity to read about Chemical Analysis which made more sense as my skills. It was more related to Paper Machine Analysis an even till now it is.

What was the most memorable
experience in your life
at the company?
There was a moment where some fresh graduate visited our site for site seeing. And I was given an opportunity to become their mentor. During the touring, it brought back memories of how I once was excited about my upcoming future and learnings I was going to have through Hankuk Paper. And seeing those students gave me a great pleasure to provide as much knowledge and experience I have gained while working with Hankuk Paper. I wanted to make sure that I could provide them the precious learning experience that I was given by my superiors. And this was the most memorable day.
What is ‘Hankuk Paper’ to you?
Hankuk Paper is my second family. I have been away from my hometown and my family for a long period of time. The distance between the two area is quite far. I could have been very lonely and life alone could have been challenging however the employees of Hankuk Paper made sure I was welcomed and comfortable in adapting to my new environment.
Lastly, please offer a few
words of advice to those
applying for Hankuk Paper.
I know it could be difficult and nerve racking when you first apply for any jobs. I was once too when I applied for my job in Hankuk Paper, and I was even harsh on myself for any disappointment that could come for my expectation was high.
