- Hi, my name is Sookyung Jung from Hankuk Paper Quality Insurance Team. I started my job in April 2015.
- Introduce your current duty.
- Quality insurance team provides case analysis and solution upon customer dissatisfactory complaint. The complaint is also shared with CS team for reference as well. Our team also processes print test and printability status check on new product and process periodic quality check with our competitors for quality improvement and maintenance.
- What motivated you to
apply for the relevant duty? - I have a very meticulous personality which I believe is a perfect match for this team.
- Were there any special
things to prepare before being
employed for this duty? - I remember that I have spent a lot of effort in interviewing skills. I have always analyze myself at the end of each interview to constantly improve my personal skills. Also competitive skills were a important key factor for me and I never stopped piling up on new skills. I have especially spent more efforts on Equipment Analysis Certification which was the Craftsman Chemical Analysis Cert. I have purchase many reference books that was related to papers in order to upgrade on my knowledge towards papers. I believe this was my own unique skill that allowed me to be part of Hankuk Paper’s family.
- What was the most memorable
experience in your life
at the company? - A reward after a hard work is was like a nectar. The company provided training fee for me to enjoy summer with my friends and family in the most wonderful place with gorgeous view and delicious food. It was definitely a holiday that I cannot forget.
- What is ‘Hankuk Paper’ to you?
- Hankuk Paper is a prime mover of my current life. It’s a place where I find joy and dream every day with my coworker and feel worthwhile all the time.
- Lastly, please offer a few
words of advice to those
applying for Hankuk Paper. - Though I have majored in Chemical Engineering, I was destined to work in a entirely different field. And due to lack of professional knowledge, I concentrated on faithfulness in my everyday work and believed everything is possible if I work hard for it. If you are hesitating just because your major does not suit this company, don’t stop and challenge yourself. I do wish for your best result.
